•W.3 Purpose and Evidence- Construct writing fit for various audiences and with engaging details AND interesting language/grammar choices for different occasions in a piece of writing.

1. Objectives/Homework in notebook (page 16)

2. Collect any rewrites for Triadic interview

3. Introduce and write “Where I Am From” poem #6- glue in page 20

4. Introduce and write “Ugly as Beautiful”#11- focus on vivid language - (glue in page 25)

5. SSR- Mr. Finck Conference

6. Final project work (your choice of 3 finished assignments due Tuesday, Oct. 10. Remember, I also need you to have a snapshot or drawing of yourself to turn in with your projects. REMEMBER, I ONLY TAKE PEN OR TYPED PROJECTS. NO PENCIL FOR FINAL DRAFT.
